Plus, they prefer 2 and 3-BHK units rather than single-bedroom apartments. The reason for this can be the cut in recent home loan interest rates, allowing homebuyers to get funds without putting a hole in their pocket.

Another important finding of the study is that most people use online tools and platforms to search for a property in the desired location, which reveals that real estate developers with an online presence will benefit the most in the future.
